Join our Challenge 335 for the month of August and help support our Covid-19 Recovery Service.

This one is not for the faint hearted! Push yourself to the limit and complete 335 crunches, press ups or burpees in 24 hours! Get people to sponsor to see you sweat!

You can use our Get Extreme selfie board to display the name of your nominees and post it on social media. Download the selfie board at the bottom of this page.

If any of your nominees don't complete their challenge within 24 hours, they must make a £10 donation to us!

Once you have completed your challenge, donate £5 here which gives you the power to nominate someone else to take on the challenge. Donate to Nominate!

Here’s a quick recap of how to take part in Get Extreme!

  1. Sign up to the challenge
  2. Decide which activity you are going to do
  3. Smash your 335 sit ups, press ups or burpees! If you can take photos or videos during your challenge, please share them with us using #Challenge335 and tagging us
  4. Donate £5 via our website selecting Challenge 335 as the reason and decide who the next challengers should be!
  5. Complete your selfie board and post the photo on your social media tagging your nominees and #Challenge335
  6. Encourage your nominees and ensure they honour the challenge!
  7. Share your photos, videos and feedback with us using #Challenge335
  8. Celebrate your fantastic achievement!
