Loughgall 5K/10K on Saturday 27 November is the 2nd race in the Run Forest Run Series. Loughgall set in the heart of Armagh, known as the Orchard County and where the World famous Bramley Apple originated. The race starts close to the Reception in the park and the route passes the impressive main gates and takes in the forest paths around the estate passing the golf course and lake. Register online before 11pm on 17th November 2021 as ALL RACE PACKS WILL BE POSTED to participants.

Tollymore 5K/10K on Saturday 18 December is the 3rd race in the Run Forest Run Series and a must do to get your Festive bling in the lead up to Christmas. The race route takes in panoramic views of the Mourne Mountains and follows the forest path alongside the Shimna River in a gradual ascent past the Hermitage and through the beautiful forest where scenes from Game of Thrones were filmed. (Only a 40 minute drive from Newry).

Gosford 5K/10K on Saturday 8 January 2022 is the 4th race in the Run Forest Run Series and a great New Year challenge to work off the festive treats! Gosford Forest Park comprises some 240 hectares of diverse woodland and open parkland and is set in gentle rolling drumlin countryside. The course is a mixture of road and forest track taking you through dense woodland and past Gosford Castle which has featured in Game of Thrones. Early Bird Entry if you register by 1st December 2021. Adult £22 & Junior £15 plus booking fee.

Antrim Castle Gardens 5K & 10K on Saturday 29th January is the 5th race in the Run Forest Run Series. Runners will find nothing like these 400 year old gardens anywhere else in Northern Ireland. The race starts in the grounds of the gardens, the 10K route takes in the ruins of Shanes Castle (another Game of Thrones venue) where runners will enjoy some fantastic views of Lough Neagh and then returning through the immaculately kept gardens and wood at Castle Gardens. The 5K is mainly in the gardens with a small section on the Main Road. Early Bird Entry if you register by 22nd December 2021. Adult £22 & Junior £15 plus booking fee.

The Castlewellan 5K/10K on Saturday 19th February 2022 is the 6th and final race in this year’s Run Forest Run Series. The race starts and finishes in the shadow of the Majestic lakeside castle. Runners will enjoy fantastic views of the Mourne Mountains and one of the world’s largest permanent Mazes. (Only 30 minutes drive from Newry.) Early Bird Entry if you register by 12th January 2021. Adult £22 & Junior £15 plus booking fee.

Junior Entry (ages 15-17) 10k - £17 + £1.19 booking fee
Adult Entry 5k - £24 + £1.68 booking fee
Junior Entry 5k (ages 11-17)- £17 + £1.19 booking fee

NB Runners receive a bespoke medal at each race.
