Highway to Health – Castlewellan – St John’s GAC

This traffic–free walk is entirely within the grounds of St John’s GAC. It is made up of three loops of 520m, 1,060 and 320m respectively. These can be walked in any combination and in any direction. The walk is enhanced by the provision of several free–standing exercise stations where you can do exercises to boost your strength, stamina, co–ordination and flexibility.
