Well Talks in Schools
Educating and inspiring Young People in Schools & Colleges to lead a healthy lifestyle.
We offer stimulating, fun and educational health talks for young people that aim to increase their knowledge and awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle, and inspire them to make positive changes to protect against future illness. We also encourage young people to share our health promotion messages with their family.
Our talks last 30 minutes and are suitable for post primary schools, for pupils and teachers/staff. It is suitable for an assembly or classroom setting and topics can be combined.
A variety of topics are covered and bespoke topics can be arranged:
Healthy Lifestyle topics:

- Physical Activity
- Stress (45 minutes in length)
