Promoting healthier lifestyles for young people

Educating our young people about the importance of healthy eating and staying active is key to preventing all sorts of illnesses, including chest, heart and stroke conditions. That’s why at NICHS, our Well Talks/Webinars in Schools are a crucial part of the services we provide to communities.

Our in-person talks, and our webinars focus on increasing awareness about the importance of a healthy diet, not smoking and being physically active, encouraging young people to make positive lifestyle changes.
