Join in the Red Dress Run 2019, supported by MACE, to take action for your own heart health and raise funds to continue the fight against heart disease!
There are 74,000 people living with heart disease in Northern Ireland. By supporting the Red Dress Run you are helping us continue to lead the fight against heart disease through our new cardiac services and local pioneering research identifying new ways to detect heart disease.
Grab your red dress, red hat, red knee socks…absolutely anything RED and join us for this truly unique charity 5km and 10km timed running event, where you’ll walk, jog or run around Stormont Estate in Belfast, all in the fight against heart disease.
With a choice of running or walking two distances and a real element of fun, there’s something for everyone to enjoy! Grab your friends, family or work colleagues and be part of this fun charity running event.
This year we are asking you to
‘Wear your heart on your sleeve’.
Join hundreds of others walking or running
in memory of a loved one,
or to support someone who is living with heart disease,
or just to help prevent it happening to others in the future.
