Please note due to demand only online registrants will receive the pre ordered medal.  Those that sign up on the day will receive a different medal.  If you would like to sign up on the day please arrive for 10.30am using the Massey Avenue entrance, show the Red Dress Logo on this webpage to gain entry then make your way to the car park situated at the left of Parliament Building.  You will see the Start/Finish on the Prince of Wales Avenue and where to go to sign up.  Route map below.

Dress Red to Kill Heart Disease!  The number 1 killer of women in Northern Ireland.

Join in the Red Dress Run to take action for your own heart health and raise funds to continue the fight against heart disease!

Grab your red dress, red hat, red knee socks…absolutely anything RED and join us for this truly unique charity event, where you’ll walk, jog or run around Stormont, all in the fight against heart disease.

With a choice of two distances and a real element of fun, there’s something for the ladies, men and kids alike to enjoy!  Grab your friends, family or work colleagues and be part of this spectacular new event.
