We’re excited to share the latest copy of our magazine, Pulse!

It also showcases some ways in which people can help and support us. Almost 90% of our income comes from public donations.

We are extremely grateful to our supporters and friends who make our work possible.
 

If you would like to continue to support us and make a difference to local lives, there are many ways to help.

One of the easiest ways to support us is by giving a small regular monthly donation. Just £5 a month would help pay for a specialist neuro-physiotherapist to provide rehab and support which can help to rebuild mobility, independence and confidence after suffering a stroke.

There are lots of other ways to support us too. You could…

  • Take part in a challenge or event
  • Gift aid your donations
  • Organise your own fundraiser
  • Become a corporate partner
  • Set up a tribute fund in memory
