Save the date and join us for the most heartwarming event of 2024...

Why take part?

  • 4 people in NI die every day from heart disease
  • Coronary heart disease is the biggest single cause of premature death of under 75 -year olds

Did you know?

In 2022/23 we:

  • Invested £3.4 million in fighting chest, heart and stroke illnesses
  • Developed a new anti vaping awareness schools programme
  • Supported over 17,000 people and organisations across all our services, through workplaces, hostels and community groups
  • Currently have £2 million invested in local research to fight chest, heart and stroke illnesses

Almost 90% of our care services are funded by public donations. This is why we need your help by taking part and fundraising, so we can continue supporting local people.

We had an incredible day at the Red Dress Fun Run 2023.

We are delighted to announce that the final total raised was a phenomenal £73,000!

Why Amanda and her family and friends will be taking part ...

Amanda with friends and family RDFR 2022

My husband Barney experienced some heart attack symptoms, but he didn't tell anyone. I believe if he had gone to get checked out I wouldn't be sitting here as a widow today.

I took part in the Red Dress Fun Run 2022 & 2023 along with lots of my family members and friends to help raise vital funds for the charity's work as well as raising awareness of heart health amongst the local community.

Our entire family now have the running bug thanks to the Red Dress Fun Run and personally I found it a great motivator to keep fit and healthy, mentally as well as physically.

So come run, walk, dance, skip or wheel 5K (just do it your way) with us on Sunday 25th February. Dress red, wear your heart on your sleeve to remember or show support for a loved one and together we can help rebuild thousands of lives and make a lasting change towards heart health. Let's all have a good laugh while we raise cash for our good cause. Dress up as your favourite red character, top off your attire with a wacky red wig or clown around with a red nose. Everyone is welcome to come along and join in the fun - even the family pooch!

Entry rates:
Adults (over 18) =£15
Children 7-18 years of age = £6, (6 & Under - free)

All paid for entries will receive a free T-shirt as part of their fundraising pack and a medal on the day at the finish line!

Special thanks to our partners and headline supporters of the Red Dress Fun Run MACE and Musgrave MarketPlace.
