Northern Ireland Chest Heart and Stroke are asking their service users and supporters to share their thoughts and opinions to help shape the charity's Strategic Plan for the next 3 years.
Since 1946, Northern Ireland Chest Heart and Stroke have been leading the fight against chest, heart and stroke illnesses in Northern Ireland and today there are over 335,000 people in Northern Ireland living with a chest, heart or stroke condition - that’s 1 in 5 of us.

To help achieve its vision of achieving a Northern Ireland free of chest, heart and stroke illnesses as well as its mission of leading the fight against chest, heart and stroke illnesses in NI, the charity has a Strategic Plan.
This plan sets out the things they charity aims to achieve. NICHS is currently reviewing this plan and are asking their supporters and service users for their ideas on what the charity should focus on over the next 3 years to help them make a bigger difference to people’s health and quality of lives.
All responses will be anonymised, and data will be stored and used safely in line with data protection laws.
NICHS would greatly appreciate it if you could take the time to complete the corresponding survey below which should take 5-10 minutes. Respondents also have a chance of winning a £50 voucher if you complete this survey by the 30th July.
