PPI Rep & Lecturer in Healthcare Science (Cardiac Physiology)
As someone with a lived experience of heart disease and stroke, Dr Savage has long been committed to patient involvement in the development of services for patients. She feels hugely privileged to be involved in NICHS as a patient representative on the Scientific Research Committee. Her research background and lived experience are brought together to enable her to effectively input into the SRC.
