Story

I am participating in this years Red Dress Run to help raise money for a very important charity. It is a charity close to my heart as my dad suffered a heart attack in 2005 and required bypass surgery and we sadly lost my granny due to a cardiac arrest in 2019. I am doing this event with my friend Julie who also suffered a heart attack 10 years ago aged only 39.
