NEW DATE: SUNDAY 30TH MARCH 2025
Unfortunately, we have to rearrange our Red Dress Fun Run due to the severe wind and rain forecast for the original date on Sunday 23rd February 2025. The Red Dress Fun Run will now take place on Sunday 30th March at Stormont Estate and we hope you can still join us then.
If you have already registered, you do not need to take any further action. If this date doesn’t suit or if you have any queries, please email events@nichs.org.uk
We’re sorry that we have to change the date, but we look forward to seeing everyone on 30th
March!

Why take part?
❤️ Coronary heart disease is the biggest single cause of premature deaths (in people younger than 75) across NI
❤️ Heart disease kills nearly twice as many women in NI as cervix, uterus, ovary and breast cancer combined
❤️ 16 people have a heart attack every day in NI
Almost 90% of our income comes from public donations.
This is why we need your help by taking part and fundraising, so we can continue supporting local people.

“I decided to take part in the Red Dress Fun Run to support NICHS in tribute to my wife Dympna, who tragically passed away at just 34 with undiagnosed dilated cardiomyopathy. I liked the fact the charity is Northern Ireland based and helps local people."
"The Red Dress Fun Run was a great day for all the family. We dressed up and remembered Dympna with every step."
