Olga, from Newtownabbey, recently discovered she had high blood pressure through one of NICHS’s Well Checks.
“As a retired nurse, I knew the theory about how to keep healthy. You think you know it all but it was only when I had a Well Check that I found out I have high blood pressure. I was referred to my GP who gave me medication. Thankfully my blood pressure is now under control.”
