AG Paving and Building Products have announced Northern Ireland Chest Heart & Stroke (NICHS) as its official charity partner for 2025, continuing the company’s long-standing commitment to supporting meaningful causes across Northern Ireland. Funds raised through the partnership will go towards supporting the as many as 470,000 local people living with a chest, heart or stroke illness.
Over the years, AG has raised tens of thousands of pounds for other charities. This new partnership with NICHS marks an exciting chapter in AG’s charity efforts as the company collaborates with the charity to improve the lives of those affected by chest, heart and stroke conditions.
The choice of NICHS as AG’s charity partner for 2025 is a natural extension of the company’s commitment to wellbeing, one of its core values. After a company-wide poll, AG’s employees selected NICHS for its impactful mission to improve health across the region, aligning perfectly with AG’s focus on physical and mental wellbeing through its Activ8 health and wellbeing programme.
Throughout 2025, AG will host a series of fundraising events that reflect the values of its Activ8 programme, focusing on health, physical activity, and community engagement. These initiatives will not only raise awareness for NICHS but also encourage both employees and the wider community to prioritise their wellbeing, making a lasting contribution to the charity’s mission.
Stephen Acheson, CEO of AG, commented, “We are thrilled to announce Northern Ireland Chest Heart & Stroke as our charity partner for 2025.
