ACTivate Your Life is a psychology-based programme founded on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and developed by Dr Neil Frude, Clinical Psychologist and Professor of Psychology in South Wales. It offers simple, supportive tools to help people better understand their thoughts and feelings and find ways to cope with difficult thoughts and emotions day-to-day. ACTivate Your Life is about helping you feel more at ease, more in control, and better able to move forward at your own pace.

The programme explores:

  • How to notice unhelpful thoughts without getting caught up in them
  • How to accept difficult feelings instead of fighting them
  • How to live in the present moment using mindfulness
  • How to find what truly matters to you and take meaningful action

  • Accept what you cannot change

  • Take steps towards the life you want
