Work Well Live Well Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions
Promoter: Northern Ireland Chest Heart & Stroke (NICHS)
1. The Promotion
1.1. The Work Well Live Well Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is organised by Northern Ireland Chest Heart & Stroke (“NICHS” or “the Promoter”).
1.2. The Prize Draw is open to eligible workplaces in Northern Ireland that register for the Work Well Live Well programme and complete their workplace wellbeing survey within the Promotion Period.
1.3. There is no additional charge to enter the Prize Draw. Registration for Work Well Live Well is free.
2. Promotion Period
2.1. The Prize Draw opens on [insert start date] and closes at 11:59pm on 31 October 2026 (“Closing Date”).
2.2. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
3.1. The Prize Draw is open to workplaces based in Northern Ireland that are eligible to participate in the Work Well Live Well programme. Registrations of interests for workplaces in the Belfast Trust area are currently closed and therefore not eligible for this competition. Any registrations of interest in in this area will be added to a waiting list for the programme.
3.2. The person registering the workplace must be authorised to do so on behalf of that workplace.
3.3. Employees, trustees and representatives of NICHS, and anyone directly involved in administering the Prize Draw, together with their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
3.4. NICHS reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entry that does not meet these Terms and Conditions.
4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter the Prize Draw, an eligible workplace must:
- register their interest in the Work Well Live Well programme through the official registration process; and
- complete their workplace wellbeing survey by the Closing Date.
4.2. Only workplaces that have completed both requirements by the Closing Date will be entered into the Prize Draw.
4.3. Each eligible workplace will receive one entry into the Prize Draw, regardless of the number of employees within the workplace.
4.4. No alternative method of entry is available.
5. The Prize
5.1. There is one prize available to be won.
5.2. The winning workplace will receive one day of free Bronze health checks for its employees, delivered by or on behalf of Northern Ireland Chest Heart & Stroke.(Max 75 bronze checks in one day)
5.3. The health checks will be subject to availability and will be arranged with the winning workplace at a mutually agreed date and location.
5.4. The prize is intended for the winning workplace and its employees and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other alternative.
5.5. The Promoter reserves the right to make reasonable arrangements regarding the delivery of the prize where necessary, while ensuring that the prize awarded remains materially equivalent to the prize advertised.
5.6. Any costs or arrangements not expressly included within the prize description are the responsibility of the winning workplace.
6. Selection of the Winner
6.1. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the Closing Date.
6.2. The winner will be selected using a verifiably random computerised process .
6.3. The random selection will take place by 30th November 2026.
6.4. NICHS will retain appropriate evidence of the random selection process.
7. Contacting the Winner
7.1. The winning workplace will be contacted using the contact details provided during registration.
7.2. NICHS will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner.
7.3. If the winner does not respond within [14] days of being contacted, or is found to be ineligible, NICHS reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Delivery of the Prize
8.1. NICHS will contact the winning workplace to arrange delivery of the health-check day.
8.2. The date, timing, location and practical arrangements for the health-check day will be agreed between NICHS and the winning workplace.
8.3. NICHS reserves the right to require reasonable notice from the winning workplace to arrange delivery of the prize.
8.4. If the winning workplace is unable to arrange a suitable date within a reasonable period, NICHS reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative eligible winner.
9. Publicity
9.1. Subject to the winner's consent, NICHS may use the name of the winning workplace and photographs or other content relating to the prize delivery for promotional and publicity purposes.
9.2. NICHS will obtain any necessary permissions before using identifiable photographs, videos or other personal information relating to individuals.
10. Personal Data
10.1. Personal information provided as part of the Prize Draw will be processed by NICHS for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw, contacting entrants and delivering the prize.
10.2. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the NICHS Privacy Policy, available on the NICHS website.
10.3. Entrants should ensure that they have the appropriate authority to provide any personal information submitted on behalf of their workplace.
11. General
11.1. NICHS reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or that has been submitted fraudulently or improperly.
11.2. NICHS will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or otherwise unable to be processed due to technical, administrative or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
11.3. NICHS reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw only where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. Any such change will not disadvantage entrants who have already entered where reasonably practicable.
11.4. The Promoter's decision regarding the administration of the Prize Draw and selection of the winner is final, subject to applicable law.
11.5. These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside any other information relating to the Work Well Live Well Prize Draw published by NICHS.
11.6. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
