Story

My sister Marian and I are completing the Get Active Challenge 335 together in memory of our wonderful dad who died on 30th January 2020 from Heart Failure. Dad had a long history of heart problems. He had a massive heart attack, a triple bypass and then was diagnosed with heart failure in 2000. He was admitted to hospital in September 2019 with end stage heart failure and passed away peacefully at the end of January 2020. He was a much loved dad who is greatly missed. We’re aiming to walk 335,000 steps in 31 days and raise money for NICHS in his memory.x
