Story

I have worked with NICHS for the last 6 years since my dad passed away. I am continuing the relationship this year by taking part in various races and events, with my focus on my first triathlon. I actually undertook the challenge of learning to swim in order to complete this triathlon, and hope acts like this will inspire others to challenge themselves and take steps to be more active and healthy. I really enjoy working with NICHS and want to continue to spread awareness of the services they provide, and the importance of a healthy heart. Any support you can give me will be gratefully received by myself and NICHS, and will help to ensure that this work will continue.
