Belfast City Half Marathon 2026
Run to Remember, run for research and support local people
The Belfast City Half Marathon is Northern Ireland's BIGGEST half marathon. The race starts and finishes at Ormeau Park, the oldest municipal park in Belfast and still one of the largest parks in Belfast. The route is an incredible tour of the capital City, soaking in cultural landmarks like the towering Harland and Wolff Cranes, the vibrant Custom House Square, and the majestic City Hall.
This 13.1 mile route is ideal for first time Half Marathon entrants or a great progressionary route for those who have completed a 10K or Team Relay distance from the Belfast City Marathon and want to set a new distance goal.
Entry Requirements: Participants must be over 17 years old to enter the Half Marathon. All participants must complete the Half Marathon in less than 3 hours.
