We have two exciting opportunities available to join our dedicated and high performing Care team. As Stroke Family Support Co-ordinator, working closely with hospital and community stroke teams, the voluntary sector and NICHS colleagues, you will make a difference to clients and their families by supporting them in achieving outcomes that will enhance their quality of life and independence
