Dress red and come together with your local health charity to raise awareness and funds to fight chest, heart and stroke illnesses. This all-inclusive event is suitable for everyone - all ages and abilities are welcome, so come along and join the fun!

Why take part?
❤️ Coronary heart disease is the biggest single cause of premature deaths (in people younger than 75) across Northern Ireland.
❤️ Heart disease kills nearly twice as many women in Northern Ireland as cervix, uterus, ovary and breast cancer combined.
❤️ 16 people have a heart attack every day in Northern Ireland.
Almost 90% of our income comes from public donations.
This is why we need your help by taking part and fundraising, so we can continue supporting local people.

“I support the Red Dress Fun Run in memory of my beloved dad, Cyril Davis, who sadly passed away suddenly in April 2021 from a heart attack, aged just 57. Doing the Red Dress Fun Run is something really close to my heart and I’m really glad to have the opportunity to not only raise funds for NICHS but to talk about what happened to Daddy and raise awareness.”
